I have tried to compile this information from a small ad slot in Dinamalar, Chennai Edition dated 21st October, 2006. There is a free Veda Patashala for kids upto the age of 10 conducted in Pondicherry. The patashala is being organized in Gurukula style. The training, accomodation and food for free for inmates. The kids who enrol should have undergone Upanayanam at the time of enrolment and admission is strictly restricted to Brahmin kids only.
