There is a small disclaimer at the footnote of the pamphlet requesting interested pilgrims to make an advance reservation to book the seats of thier preference by making a token payment of INR 2500 (63.44 USD). This is mandatory before 60 days since Railway reservation has to be done.

Other Rules and Regulations:

1) Every pilgrim should have with them a photo and a address identification which may be Ration Card, Voters Card and a passport-size photograph.
2) Senior Citizens (over 60 years of age) should have sufficient age proof.
3) The pilgrims should also bring eating plate, tumblers, bucket, sweater, shawl, lock and key and torch light.
4) Please avoid costly jewellery and items.
5) The organizers request everyone's cooperation in making the tour a grand success.
